SAINT LUCIA, May 26 (IPS) – The International Conference on Small Island Developing States convenes every 10 years,
with the upcoming SIDS4 event scheduled for Antigua and Barbuda. As the world’s 39 SIDS
prepare to chart their survival in the face of climate change, IPS is on-
the-ground coverage of the event.Delegates from small island developing states (SIDS) worldwide are meeting in Antigua and Barbuda to strategize for the next decade.
